Our daily bed cost is just $40.00 to $65.00 here at The Madison. With this cost, many services are provided:
Medication Management
Our nursing staff works with your physician and our pharmacy to procure medications and supervise the distribution and administration of prescribed medicines and PRN. Additionally, we provide a bi-annual medication review by our pharmacy to assure there are no drug double dosages or interactions. Our nursing staff will also evaluate our guests medication regimen to assure generic medications replace brand name when possible to help keep down costs to our guests.
Incontinent Care
Our personalized guest service plan provides assistance with bowel and urinary incontinence. Supplies are purchased by our guests.
Respite Care
Sometimes family care givers just need a break, or time off from caring for a loved one We provide this short term care at the same daily bed rate.
Special Diets
Our specialized diets program is handled professionally by our Certified Dietary Manager (CDM). In conjunction with our guests personal physician, we provide our guest with a specialty diet that meets the special or extra needs our guests may require.
Laundry Services
At The Madison we provide our guests weekly linen services. Additionally, weekly personal in-house laundry services are provided to our guests at no extra cost.
Wi-Fi Services
Each of our guests’ personal rooms and our lobbies are provided with Wi-Fi accessibility.
Cable TV
Each of our guests’ rooms and lobbies have cable T.V. accessibility.
Beauty and Barber Services
We provide haircuts and hair trim services.
Visitor Meals
Our guests may enjoy good conversations with family and friends over a delicious meal at no extra cost.

Each guest room and lobby is equipped with a telephone connection port. Additionally, The Madison provides telephone services for local calls.

Our guest rooms and lobbies are fully furnished. Room furnishings include a bed, chest of drawers, nightstand, table lamp, full length mirror and chair. In the spirit of maintaining a home-like setting, our guests are welcome to bring their own private furnishings.
Private Parties, Dining and Social Activities
At The Madison, we provide space to celebrate birthdays, festive occasions and anniversaries for our guests.
Transportation
We provide the arrangement of scheduled and unscheduled transportation for our guests. This may be to and from heath care providers, or for leisure outings.
Housekeeping Services
We provide daily housekeeping services which assures guest rooms and lobby spaces are clean, tidy, and consistent with good hygiene practices.
Well-Balanced Home-Cooked Meals
Our three well-balanced meals are home-cooked. Our menus are created with the influence of our guests. Our Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) develops our nutritious menus with our guest desires and special diets in mind. Additionally, The Madison serves nutritious snacks throughout the day.
Daily Activities
We provide at least two hours of social and stimulatory activities each day. These are proctored by our activity specialist and created with guest input in mind.
Quality Nursing Care
We provide full time registered as well as licensed practical nursing staff to assure high quality nursing care for our guests.
The Madison combines a unique blend of quality retirement living with assisted living. While the focus of our property is assisted living services they are provided at no additional costs as we realize assistance with the activities of daily living is natural as we enjoy our golden years.
