Rates and Financing

Our bed rates are not based on the services we provide but on the type of room configuration desired by our guests. Our bed rate is just $40.00 to $65.00 per day. This cost includes room and board and all the services and programs listed in our Services Provided section of this website. Beds in semi-private rooms are as low as $40.00 per day while private rooms and suites with private baths are only $65.00 per day. We have no “a la carte” or hidden services costs.

At The Madison we realize that our competitive rates are among the lowest in the industry. However, sometimes financial assistance may be required by family members to help our guests with the costs of residency at our campus. For the convenience of our guests and their families, we offer a family financing program titled “ElderLife Financial.” This program can help families pay for the cost of a loved one to enjoy a quality lifestyle at The Madison. The Madison allows guests to move in right away when the family is waiting for the sale of a house or a benefit to begin, such as long term care insurance. This program may also be used to pay for costs while a guest is “spending down” their assets to become Medicaid-eligible.

With payments starting as little as $50.00 per month, the convenient family financing program we offer through ElderLife Financial, can help pay for the costs of housing and care. All families are eligible to apply and a decision is made, in most cases, within two hours of your call.

If approved, the program works as follows:

• You and your family pay what you can to The Madison
• The program pays the rest
• You make small, affordable monthly payments starting as low as $50.00

Another new alternative financing option is available to prospective clients with certain types of life insurance policies.
