How much does assisted living cost at The Madison?

While costs vary widely in the industry, assisted living generally costs less than home health services or nursing home care. The following factors should be considered: types of services, size of accommodation, location of community, etc. Most assisted living facilities charge monthly rates and many also have daily rates for short-term stays (respite care). Many assisted living facilities charge a room rate but add to that extra charges which result in a total room cost that far exceeds their published base room rate.

When evaluating assisted living facilities for yourself or a love one, always add up all costs of services and add this amount to the base room rate. Then, compare this amount to other facilities with the same services.
