The Madison

General Ulysses S. Grant’s Union troops were headed to Richmond on May 4, 1864, when they confronted Gen. Robert E. Lee’s Confederate Army of Northern Virginia. The ensuing confrontation, The Battle of the Wilderness involved more than 160,000 Union and Confederate soldiers. This battlefield is only minutes away from The Madison here in Orange County.

The Madison combines a unique blend of quality retirement living with assisted living. While the focus of our property is assisted living services they are provided at no additional costs as we realize assistance with the activities of daily living is natural as we enjoy our golden years.
